Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness is our highest priority and we will do our best to ensure that you get high quality, error-free products every single time. If there is any problem with your order we will resolve it as soon as possible.
- Products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags. Please fill in the exchange form provided with your order or contact us at email@example.com - 0332-2222766
- Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the Company will be processed within 10 working days. Once the claim is accepted, can select any other article of equal value from the website.
- You can cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, and a tracking number so that you can track your order.
- Once an order has been shipped the 'Returns and Exchanges Policy' will apply.
