Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your happiness is our highest priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, error-free products every time. If there is any issue with your order, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and returned with the original receipt and tags intact.
- Please complete the exchange form included with your order, or contact us at customercare@carom.pk or you can call us @ 0332-2222766 between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Articles for exchange must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
Refund Policy
- We have "No Refund Policy" However, Store credit will be issued and can be utilized within 3 months on a future online order. Please contact us before placing your next order so we can apply the store credit accordingly.
- In the case of a defective product, claims approved by the company will be processed within 15 working days.
- Once claim approved, customers may select an alternative item of equal value from our website.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, and a tracking number.
